Cancellation Policy
A one night deposit is required with the balance due 30 days prior to your
arrival.
If cancellation is received prior to 8 days from arrival date, 50% of final
payment (less deposit) will be refunded. No money is refunded less than 8
days prior to arrival. If I can re-book the Suite, all money will be
refunded.
Renter Guidelines/Conditions
Number of occupants should not exceed the maximum number of people specific in our contract.
Our booking are limited to "Family Bookings" or bookings to mature/responsible adult groups.
We DO NOT allow PETS.
Both units are NON SMOKING.
CHECK IN time is normally not before 4 PM, if the home is ready, an earlier check in will be possible.
CHECK OUT time is 11 AM. We have to enforce the check out time in order to have time to prepare the home for arriving guests.
As occupants, you are responsible for damage or disappearance of furniture, appliances, and miscellaneous items in the home (normal wear and tear expected).
If you are making long distance calls you are required to use a credit card or calling card.
There is no maid service provided during your stay other than after your departure.
Towels, tea towels, linen, dish wash soap and coffee filters are supplied.
