The Upper Suite (upper 2 floors) is suited for multiple family groups to a maximum of 12. Duvet bedding and towels provided.

3 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 bedroom has 2 bunk-beds (sleeps 4) and 1 bedroom has 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2). Both bunk-rooms have cable TV, DVD/VCR/CD and Nintendo.

2 full bathrooms (with double sinks). A shower, soaker tub and half bathroom in the ensuite provide ample facilities for all.

The huge dining room table seast 10 easily with additional counter seating for 5. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The sunroom has large windows on 3 sides providing a fantastic view.

The Living Room has conversational seating around the cozy gas fireplace.
